How SEO Report Kit handles data across its local generators, downloads, analytics, and advertising.

SEO Report Kit is a static website. All four tools run entirely in your browser and do not send form inputs, Search Console rows, queries, or page URLs to any server. The three form-based generators auto-save their editable drafts in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your own device; the GSC Opportunity Engine does not persist imported files or rows after the page closes. You can erase a saved draft with the tool's Reset button or by clearing your browser's site data. The sections below explain the data that third-party services may collect when you visit the site.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages and templates are viewed). Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and on-site activity. This data is processed by Google according to itsPrivacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across sites with theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The generators also send anonymous usage events to Google Analytics — for example, that a tool was used, that output was copied, or that a file was downloaded. These events record only the action and the tool, never the content you type. The text in the form fields is not included in any event.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site is configured to display ads through Google AdSense. When advertising is active, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Downloads and local input
Download files contain synthetic, fictional sample data only. Do not upload or paste private client exports into the local generators unless you are comfortable handling that information on your own device; nothing you enter is transmitted to us.
Contact data
If you contact us, we only receive the information you choose to send. We do not collect account credentials or payment details on this site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves — for example, when advertising is switched on or additional services are added. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
